Dec 26 2015 My brother is 63 years old and has Down's Syndrome and Dementia. He has been in Oakfield for over a year now. The staff's ongoing commitment to his personal care and well-being gives his life significance. During a time of great sadness they enable my husband I to face what lies ahead in quiet thankfulness..
