Truly awful place. Not only do the staff not care but the manager cared even less. They promise lots but deliver nothing. Had to raise many complaints to the council and the CQC as the manager simply wasn't interested. Not a nice place for your loved one to be in. The staff are rude and don't care, they have no compassion, press the call bell and be left waiting for an hour. On one occasion I was called to be told my mother had been rushed from Ronald Gibson House to St Georges Hospital, I rushed to the hospital only to be told she wasn't there. Called Ronald Gibson House to be told she was definitely at the hospital. I drove to Ronald Gibson to find she was still in her room waiting to be taken to hospital, appalling communications and no-one knew what was going on. Avoid at all costs if you care about your loved ones.
