Oct 30 2015 Our nana was nursed in this care home in the advanced stages of dementia. They nursed her through the end of life pathway. Staff were excellent with the exception of an agency nurse. They caused discomfort to our nana. Unfortunately the manager is not as good as the rest of the staff. They lack any empathy or compassion and is totally hopeless when it comes to dealing with people.
