May 21 2013 The furniture and decoration is nice and homely. The bedrooms, en-suites and other facilities are clean. The staff are friendly however they need to build more rapport with the residents by conversing more. Some residents are just left sitting on their own as the health care staff are also in the kitchen at lunch and dinner cleaning. Need to employ separate staff to do this so the health care staff can spend more quality time with residents. Overall: Lovely home but need better/more staff.
