The Duchy Hospital

I found every team member to be extremely polite, professional and friendly. They were very patient and took really good care of me throughout my procedure. My previous appointment had to be cancelled because of a generator failure, but they rebooked it quickly. I was amazed how soon the Duchy could fit me in for treatment and I would definitely recommend their services to friends and family.

Very happy with the staff and the service received in the hospital. However not happy with the discharge. Despite raising concerns as to my mother leaving the hospital too early she was discharged (we would have been willing to pay for her to stay longer). The result was she had not properly got back on her feet and has had a fall since she got home. Not enough attention paid to what she was able for before sending her home. However I would like to congratulate the staff for all their care and expertise in the hospital environment.
