I recently had an arthroscopy at New Hall. I received excellent care from the consultant nurses receptionist. I have been nursing 28 years. Every aspect of my care was faultless. Everything was explained. I was able to ask questions all fully answered. It was a pure pleasure to be a patient. I would highly recommend New Hall. I was seen as a NHS patient ina private hospital.

My hip replacement surgery experience at New Hall couldnt have been better, From my surgeon to the lady who cleaned my room I was treated utmost respect and courtesy. Everyone seemed to go out of their way to make my stay as easy as possible.

I had spinal fusion carried out at new hall hospital.the room I stayed in was very clean and tidy with a garden view.the day and evening staff were very kind and very caring,I couldnt have ask for a better hospital to have had my procedure carried out at.Thankyou new hall and to all the staff for looking after me.
