I attended to have a gynaecological procedure performed. I requested some light sedation for this but was refused by the consultant saying it wasn’t necessary and if I needed sedation I would have to rereferred. I did manage to have the procedure completed but was very uncomfortable and in a lot of pain and discomfort throughout. Afterwards I was basically sent on my way although I was obviously distressed. I will not be returning.

I have recently had a hip operation at a Renacres and I can’t thank the staff enough. The care and attention I had was 5 star all the way.
