I was treated at memorial hospital yesterday with a foot injury. What amazing friendly staff and the care could not have been better . Thank you to the whole team for first class friendly service

My husband waited 4 hours for the minor injuries clinic on the morning of 3-9-19. Whilst we appreciate some patients need to be seen sooner than others it would be helpful if those waiting were kept informed of the wait. At no time was the board updated and also at no time did any member of staff offer any advice as to how long the wait might be.so today we felt that the service was very poor.
