I cannot recommend this practice enough; far better than the previous My Dentist practice which I had to leave due to dissatisfaction. Appointment times are usually within a week or two for non urgent work and once there you get to see the dentist within 5 minutes. Reception staff and dental nurse are friendly and helpful. I cannot praise the dentist enough, he is calm, sensitive and professional throughout. in addition to involving me in decisions, he helps me to relax if I'm slightly anxious. Been treated different because of my maternity exemption, not given the right treatment. Poorly work, kept going back for fillings falling off. |

NHS 111 referred my elderly mother for an emergency extraction. She was treated with dignity and options were fully discussed. Due to her age and health issues she was a challenging patient but the dentist managed and encouraged her throughout the treatment. I was impressed by his empathy and professionalism so highly recommend.
