I was reluctantly a patient at this surgery along with both my children. The reception you get upon entering is dismal and the standard of work carried out is simply below standard. Whilst having a foreign dentist is by no means an issue at all the problem lies when it comes to trying to explain the issues you are having and not being understood . I had work and rework due to subsequent failings and got exasperated by feeling guilty at having to return again and again as it simply wasn't right. My teenagers at the time both experienced the same treatment so I am not being one -sided here. My son was left well over a year when he he was experiencing terrible trouble with his wisdom teeth and he was not referred or dealt with until i switched surgeries. Now we are in a great place further afield but worth every penny. All three of us have had to have corrections made to the poor work we have received and my son is finally having his multiple issues addressed albeit 2 years later!!!. I am so glad i opted to switch as i am now pain free and the treatment i now get is 100% better than this surgery can provide. I really am not a huge complainer and love to provide positive feedback when warranted. The place needs a huge revamp and investment, a proper greeting and some care would go a long way to put patients at ease. Wholly disappointing and would never reccomend this place to anyone. |

I have, in the past been with some awful dentists.
I was pleased to be taken on as a patient at this practice. Best decision I ever made.
Since then I have been very impressed with the excellence of the work done on my teeth, the way the Dentist involves me with decisions and the price of the work done.
Honestly this is a great practice.
My dentist is by far the best dentist I have ever had.
Waiting times are sometimes longer than expected but that is because they do not rush their work and do the job properly and sometimes this means keeping the next patient waiting.
I was delighted when I was able to get my Daughter transferred to this practice.
That I think says it all.
Overall review - Excellent!
