Offloading NHS patients in really underhanded ways (blaming them for not attending in certain time frame after they themselves have cancelled appointments at short notice, and for not turning up to appointments-when they never answer the phones or pick up messages so you get listed as a no show even if you notified them you were unable to attend for valid reasons). They don’t even have the courtesy to notify you when you’re at risk of being offloaded, or even after they’ve done it, so when you have a dental emergency you then have the hassle of trying to find another dentist to take you on. The practice manager, Andrew Burness, is incredibly rude and has absolutely no empathy or compassion-he replied to my email with a generic copy and paste email, and then proceeded to lie about the number of appointments that my son has missed, to try and make their decision fit in line with policy (he missed two appointments which the receptionist had earlier confirmed to me before Andrew stated in an email trail that it was three). I have never encountered such an incredibly dismissed manager, clearly he had no customer service experience, or plainly discriminates against NHS patients.
