I have been calling for hours but keeps saying you’re closed yet your opening hours are 8:45-4:45 Monday to Thursday. How are people supposed to get the help they need if you DONT ANSWER!!!!

I was completely dissatisfied with the treatment I received with an incredibly rude dentist and dental nurse. When you would have thought they would be approachable and understanding, instead I was met with a noticeable coldness and almost judgemental aspect to them due to the fact I did not have an NHS dentist. I hope that the manner in which I was treated does not continue and definitely does not occur to people of a nervous disposition or who is vulnerable , nor happens to a child as how I was treated is enough to put off anyone ever going back to a dentist again. There needs to be a vast improvement on people skills from this dentist and there dental nurse and need to learn empathy and how to appropriately show compassion. I am a person who shouldn't have been treated as just an object and decisions being made without fully being talked through. Utterly disgusted .
