I have been with this practice for over 10 years and I have seen how the practice has been evolving through the change of technology to make it more efficient and better customer experience.
1. they are the very first practice using automated email to remind the appointment and now extend to Text.
2. you can book the appointment online based on the severity of the problem.
3. when you get into practice, all info is done via iPad with zero paper!
I hope NHS can learn from this practice: always thrive to make the operation efficient and keep patient informed.

Moved to this practice recently and can't fault it. Reception staff are lovely, very helpful and welcoming; dentist is very good and feel reassured with their opinions etc |

Have been a customer for 20 years plus and have just left! My dentist has always been fantastic as too are the receptionists. However my son’s horrible and upsetting experience today left me no choice but to vote with my feet! |
