PurityBy: Anonymous Rating:.. Nov 15 2022 I have used Purity for over 10 years. If I could score less than 1 star I would. Very disorganised and unprofessional service. The person I spoke to at 10:22 this morning was very rude, unprofessional, unapologetic and comes across as aggressive. This is not what is expected from customer facing roles. If you are unhappy with your job get a new one. I understand that due to staff shortages you have probably been placed under pressure but this is no way to behave. They cancelled my appointment as they said that they were still hiring dental staff and said someone will be in contact. No one got in contact and then I called this morning to be told I was deregistered because I never attended an appointment which was cancelled, at this point the memberof staff was uninterested with facts. If the member of staff at this point said not to worry we can quickly get you reregistered, that would have been the right thing but she just wanted to add to the situation and not be a problem solver. Unapologetic, and gave the impression that they have too many customers. If they can't even get this right I would not trust them with my teeth. Go Bhandal Dental Practice (Cradley Heath) instead, much more professional. I understand they probably get rude customers but I was not a rude customer, when you have to act more professionally than the staff there is a problem. That member of staff needs to be retrained and I would be happy to retrain on principles of customer service.

By: Elzbieta Kander Rating:.. Sep 24 2019 Called the practice yesterday and as always no appointments In this week. I break the nr 1 tooth in a halfway and according to the practice is not urgent. They said that I need check up first then the treatment. Just God only knows as and when if no appointments available? When I asked how much the feling will cost lady said £ 62.99 .I was shocked. Not longer than 8 months before in Dudkey High Street I played for the same treatment £21.99 so who is right here ?. Not happy at all . I need to find other clinic to go cause here I just get disappoint every single time I need them . What are a service if u can used as and when u need ? Elzbieta Kander

We are a very busy Practice and we pride ourselves on the quality of treatment we give to all our patients. We allocate timed appointments to patients based on NHS guidelines and treatments required. As a Practice we also follow a strict emergency triage system and adhere to the current NHS charge bands. NHS dental charges There are 3 NHS charge bands. From April 2019 to March 2020, the costs are as follows: Band 1: £22.70 Covers an examination, diagnosis and advice. If necessary, it also includes X-rays, a scale and polish, and planning for further treatment. Band 2: £62.10 Covers all treatment included in Band 1, plus additional treatment, such as fillings, root canal treatment and removing teeth (extractions). Band 3: £269.30 Covers all treatment included in Bands 1 and 2, plus more complex procedures, such as crowns, dentures and bridges. Emergency or urgent treatment If you require urgent care, you'll pay a Band 1 charge of £22.70. Most urgent treatments can be done in one appointment. Once your urgent course of treatment is complete, you may be advised to make another appointment for a separate course of non-urgent treatment.
