Apr 27 2018 I'm always dubious of new dentists and expect the worse but to be fair the lady I saw was excellent even though she had to battle with my infection and it took two lots of injections to numb me sufficiently to take two teeth out, I was waiting longer for the anesthetic to work than for her to remove my teeth ..... both out within 1 minute. She didn't argue the toss over treatment and asked what I wanted to do and how we should move forwards, very open about options to suit me rather than maximising income from fillings, crowns, caps, and various other treatments to make money.

The professionalisn of the staff is second to none. The dignity the respect was nothing but first class. I must be honest I wish I had taken better care of my teeth but the dentist her service,caring; her advice was brilliant and her patience towards a nervous patient Amazing. The dental nurse exactly the same, professional patient always smiling and pleasant. AMAZING. Last but far from least the receptionist also friendly lovely professional and very approachable. You guys are the absolute best. Thank you so much. I will be back. Thanks again Ladies.

May 27 2018 I went two times at this Surgery. First time dentist left two small pieces of tooth in my mouth and I suffered up to 5/6 months. This was in 2017. This month I have to take out wisdom tooth. They arrange specialist and my appointment was at 14:40 but specialist Called me in around 15:00. He asked some questions regarding health and gave me two injections in my mouth to take out my tooth. He said me go out and sit at reception and I will call you back when your side will num. It was bit odd for me but I thought might be this is his style. I did wait up to 25 min and at 15:25 I asked to receptionist when specialist will call me inside because I was feeling back as normal from num. she told me in couple of minutes he will call you. At 15:34 I stood up and asked again answer was same as before then I said to receptionist front of other attending people I don’t want any treatment from this surgery because this is second time I felt disappointed and disrespectful. I explained her how I feel at that time. I said I am request to you please take off my name from you surgery and I will never come back for any treatment. I took 2 day off from work for rest and I wasted my two holiday from work.
