Jul 20 2023 Yet again totally disappointed with this dentists treatment of my husband . He had an appointment today 20/07/23 but unfortunately had to cancel as he has a chest infection. Being COPD we thought it wise if he didn't go as he was having trouble to breathe. He has lost a tooth and in pain . The receptionist was very understanding and told him he couldn't have another appointment till next year!!!! If this is how they treat disabled pensioners then they should be ashamed of themselves .

Nov 2 2022 Yet again Dr Anita and assistant Hannah tended to me and both are friendly. More importantly both are excellent professionals and I always know I'm in good hands with people who actually care. I wouldn't go so far as to say I can't wait to see them again, but they make what can be a stressful experience a very acceptable one! Well done and thank you Dr Anita and Hannah from Steve Proctor your #1 fan

Oct 7 2021 i am trying to book an appointment for more than 7 months, ringing every day, but they wouldn't take the phone call. eventually i went there myself to book an appointment but the lady replied that because of GDPR she could not book me in whilst I was there, she took my details and promised that she will phone me back to book me in. again no new since. just very unprofessional and no duty of care at all.
