Felt very rushed. had an appointment for a painful filling, When I entered the dentist I was in the chair for approximately 2 minutes before I was advised that the tooth needed extraction even though I had paid To have this tooth previously filled only a few weeks earlier.I left with a prescription for antibiotics and an appointment for the tooth to be extracted in a weeks time. on my way back to work I received a call advising that they had forgotten to ask for payment for my 2 minute visit so I had to return a second time to make payment. I will obviously not be making a third visit to this dentist. |

I recently became a patient at this practice. I called to see whether they were accepting new patients and they booked me in for a week later. I was nervous about going due to having attended the dentist in some years, however it was a very welcoming experience and I felt very comfortable. The dentist herself was very polite and talked to me about existing medical conditions I have and through what treatments she advised with a problematic tooth I had. When I went back for my treatment she was very professional and reassuring which made the procedure more bearable. Very happy customer.:) |

I have a broken tooth that needs to be extracted. I also have atrial fibrillation which means I should be on blood thinners but I do not take them. The dentist would not take out the tooth because I have AF as I could get a blood clot. Wouldn't that be a risk with everyone? Another dentist had the same reaction and my doctors will not make the decision for them saying it is up to the dentist to decide. i offered to sign a disclaimer to no avail. Cardiologists dont see AF as a problem only other health 'professionals' do as a way out of treating people. Looks like I am going to have bad teeth for the rest of my life. I did get my money back for the extraction but not for the initial check which i had to have before i could get this tooth out. |
