I’ve always had really great care and attention at chase dental care - the dentists are very prompt with appointments and carry out necessary treatments quickly and carefully
They were so gentle with my little boy too - really glad I took him for his first dentist introduction to chase dental care |

This dental practice is shocking. They charge for appointments when the dentist does nothing at all. My father (age 76) attended an appointment to have a tooth removed and the dentist said that they were not sure they would be able to perform the extraction as they thought it would be too difficult and it may need to be removed at hospital. Therefore my father had to re-book a further appointment with the dentist for today 22nd May 2017. In the meantime my father is currently under a consultant at Good Hope hospital concerning his blood count. On attending a recent appointment the consultant said they would prefer him to have the extraction done at hospital anyway incase of any complications which may lead to bleeding. My father tried to cancel today's appointment, last week with this dentist as it was no longer needed. The dentist is now charging him £20.00 which he claims is a consultation fee for doing absolutely nothing!!! Unless you want to handover your old age pension to a dentist who has done nothing apart from explain that they cannot remove your tooth please find yourself anther reputable practice. Disgusting!!!! Reply from Chase Dental Care Fri, 26 May 2017 11:08:00 +0100 We are sorry to hear that your father was not very happy with the service provided at the practice. We can confirm that your father was quoted the correct amount of £20.60 which is the NHS Band 1, and covers examination / diagnosis / advice. This fee is set up by the NHS and we have no control over it.
