I've had several visits to this dentist, the first of which has since required at least three follow up sessions because of issues with the initial treatment. I then wasn't informed that my next check up would be with a different dentist – the head of the practice – who was abrupt and unsympathetic to my other health conditions. Further, although on my notes he wrote that a full check up had been carried out, he in fact only looked at the one tooth that had been an issue. None of my other teeth or gums were thoroughly examined as they usually should be; I wasn't given a visor for my eyes and so was blinded by the light; and my head was pulled so strenuously that my neck muscles began to strain. |

After a consultation with the dentist, I was booked in a couple of days later to have a tooth extracted.
The reception staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.
The procedure was carried out, and constant reassurance given.
As always, the dentist put me at ease; the Dental Nurse was excellent too.
That you to all the staff at this wonderful Dental Surgery. |
