Have been a patient here for a couple of years. Normally only need check-ups and happy with the service. However, disappointed recently in the way my cracked tooth has been treated. Difficulties getting an initial appointment, then no action taken at the second appointment on the basis that they'd be able to "fit me in" if I had an issue. However, no appointment available for 2 weeks when I did experience a further crack. Feel I was fobbed off at the second appointment, possibly as they were running late, but I would have made a different decision re treatment had I known.

My teenage daughter had to wait several years before being ‘granted’ an orthodontist referral although it was patently obvious she needed help with treatment which has essentially been life changing for her. Treatment now almost complete and looks fantastic which is no thanks to the dentist dragging his feet for so long which impacted greatly on her anxiety and general well being. My slightly older teenage daughter suffers with autism. She refused point blank to see this dentist because of his grumpy attitude. Not the best chair side manners. I myself had a crown made by him in September of last year. The root was ill prepared and manifested into a large abscess needing emergency treatment. The dentist refused to see me as a patient for follow up and treatment to rectify because I had inadvertently missed a couple of appointments due to hospitalisation and memory lapse - although he is fully aware that I suffer from early onset dementia. I am now referring the matter to General Dental Council
