As there were no more appointments available at caister I was told I could try hemsby or Gt Yarmouth surgery.When I arrived for my 12.00 appointment I was greeted with nice friendly receptionists,and didt have to wait long.Went in surgery 3 saw a lovely Dentist very pleasant and friendly as were the dental nurses.Had my tooth sorted very quickly and it was a very nice calm atmosphere,so would like a big thank you to all the team at Gt Yarmouth.Was feeling abit nervous going to another surgery ,but it was a pleasant experience. I have always felt because I don't have to pay for treatment due to being unemployed, discriminated against and humiliated.
Also never received any follow up dental check ups after a while or reminders.
Got accused of being extremely aggressive because I dared to complain about not being seen on time as I had an appointment and I had to wait nearly 1 hour!
I think it would of been different if I had turned up nearly 1 hour late I dare say!
I haven't had any dental check up appointments in many years so I am just a number to them and the fact that I don't/can't have to pay for treatment feels as if I don't matter. No way would I recommend this dentist especially if your unemployed! I am a human being not something you have stepped on with your shoe!
