The only positive to note about this surgery is that the girls on the front are helpful if you need an emergency appointment.
Other then that dentists are very unprofessional and the actual dental service is the worst I've experienced.
For any work done I was told "you'd get a better job done privately". They did a private filling (white) which was completely botched. After weeks of pain I was continuously told "it will probably settle down, or you'll probably lose it. Heres our contact for private dentist." So I can you pay 1-2k privately and get it done by someone who acctually knows what they're doing to repeat the same procedure? Needed root canal work, told I'd be better off going privately. Not a welcome experience. If this practice tells dentists to push private services and disregard NHS subsidised procedures then they should go entirely private, though I doubt they would get far offering these levels of service. I phoned early this morning requesting an appointment, after explaining the situation the receptionist took time to discuss what my issue was before giving me an appointment for that day. The receptionist was extremely helpful with a kind manner during the call.
I arrived for my 'sit and wait' appointment, i was seen within five minutes of arriving!
The dentist had contacted another colleague in regards to my issue before i had arrived, to ensure i had the best treatment, they discussed this clearly with me and was very reassuring.
