I have been going to this dental practice for just under a year and I have been very happy with the service that I have been given - starting from the amazing help from reception, to the lovely support of the dental nurses and of course, the exceptional work from the dentists.
I can clearly see that the dentists are very experienced and know exactly what they are doing and are willing to help the patients as much as they can.
I have been treated by a dentist who had been recommended to me by a friend, her patient, and I can confidently say that I will not hesitate to recommend her work and this place to all of my friends and family.
The nurses are very supportive and always smiling and the receptionists welcome you as if you are at home.
Do go visit - you’ll be amazed. |

Park Vue has been my dentist for over 20 years. I moved away but I still travel back to get my teeth done at Park Vue even though it takes me two hours each way. The dentistry work is of such a high standard. He uses quality materials and takes a huge amount of pride in the work he does. He explains options and gives good advice so I can make informed decisions. I always walk out of the appointment feeling extremely pleased with the outcome. I had a long appointment which involved a lot of treatment in one day. The dentist phoned me the next day, which was a Saturday, to check that I was ok. The dental nurse, who worked alongside the dentist was amazingly attentive and efficient. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Park Vue to anyone. |

I registered at Park-Vue earlier this year, wanting to have a full work up while I still had employer provided dental insurance before i was made redundant. I made doubly sure to register as an NHS patient who was just going private this time...
cut to months later, When my tooth cracks two weeks before my next check up. I went in and was delighted that they could bring my appointment forward in light of the new found hole in my tooth. I made absolutely sure that they knew I was NHS this time.
That appointment was this morning when it was announced to me that they couldn't do a filling this morning as it wasn't a Filling appointment (I made it very clear that a large chunk had come off my tooth when booking) and that it would cost me full price when I come back because they can only do NHS prices if your check up was an NHS appointment. I pointed out that I had requested an NHS appointment and they just kept repeating 'It's not NHS time' with absolutely no empathy for my financial situation or the fact i'd been misled by reception even though my face had betrayed me and tears were fighting their way out while they were showing in the temporary filling.
I was then expected to pay half of the cost of the filling on the spot when I have to wait over a week for it by the same person who assured me it was an NHS appointment who was then scowling at me over the notes the dentist had sent down about the conversation.
I left feeling upset, disrespected and utterly conned. |
