Jun 15 2019 I've been petrified of the dentist since a few years ago when I had a poor experience at another dentist in Cheshunt. My partner has been with mydentist since before he can remember and after googling EVERY dental practise in Cheshunt, reading reviews and basically trying to build up the courage to get my teeth checked, I booked an appointment. (I hadn't been able to eat properly for nearly a year but was just too scared to sort it.) So I arrived for my check up and although the receptionists were a little cold, the whole experience was pretty pleasant. Exterior of the building is really nice and modern with the interior being standard for a dental practise. Was quite busy on both occasions I visited too so was really obvious people liked it which made me feel better. So I had my check up appointment and was literally shaking in fear but walked out to book my root canal appointment and came back 2 weeks later. The dentist and the nurse was SO reassuring and kind that I actually left feel relived and fixed and I couldn't have expected a better experience. My overall experience has been so positive that I have no fear anymore and actually feel silly in being so scared! They played music, spoke to me about general chit chat, made me laugh and had a general care for me which was evident by my reaction when I left. (Even after the £270 tier 3 bill!!) Even after two weeks, they both remembered who I was and its that level of service that has made me a patient now for life. I'd recommend this practise to anyone!

I spoke to a really helpful receptionist and was given an apt the same week.i was booked with a lady who was very understanding and listened to my problems.i was given some options and informed me of the costs. I was very happy with my overall treatment received at this practice and will recommend to others.

Apr 25 2019 After having fear of dentists for many years, (as a result I have very bad teeth) I finally thought I had found a good one. After a few visits, I have never had a scale and polish, no improvements have been made, feel like every appointment has been a waste of time. I am where I started again with no faith in dentists!
