No complaints at all. The dentists are all lovely and I have never experienced any rudeness from the reception staff.

My daughter required two double milk teeth extracting. Following a failed attempt at our local nhs dentist I booked an out of area appointment at My Dentist in Tring as they had a sedation clinic. We were given an appointment the same day and the clinician talked my daughter through the process. A short notice appointment for the extractions was booked. My daughter was very frightened about the process and was very worried about the procedure. From the moment my daughter stepped into the building she was put at ease by the highly skilled clinicians. The doctor and dentist were very friendly and talked her through the process again and continued with their friendly interactions all the way through. I cannot thank the team enough for making what was in my daughters opinion was a very scary necessity a calm and easy process. The entire process from beginning to end was user friendly, child focused and highly professional. My Dentist at Tring are a blue print for how more complex dentistry for young people should be.

From the moment I was in the consulting room I was made to feel at ease. Was distracted very professionally but in such a kind way while being set up for the sedation drugs. When they do it, it’s immediate and you are feeling great and relaxed, next thing you are going home. Felt like 5 minutes, it was half hour. No feeling awful later, just slept it off and had no feel of what you would expect of a hangover. I went there scared, didn’t sleep the night before through worry, no need, to be honest it was quite a nice feeling. Like being drunk without the hangover or calories. My advice, if you need this kind of treatment, just do it and don’t panic. They are so good here, they have it down to an art.
