May 24 2019 One particular dentist is a superb and careful dentist. He is very gentle and extremely careful with his patients. This dental pratice is by far the best I have ever visited. Bravo !! The reception staff are very polite abd everyone is made very welcome. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone at Confidential Care for such excellent service. I am truely grateful and look very much forward to my next visit in December 2019. Thank you once again for taking great care of me, I have appreciated it so very much.

From the reception staff, to the nurses and the dentist themselves all showed wonderful courtesy and with such a nice and friendly atmosphere. Without any doubt whatsoever I can absolutely recommend this Dental Practise to any new or excising customers. They are all such wonderful and kind people. Jun 3 2019 I have recently left this practice to a much friendlier one. I never had a great experience myself here, finding the dentist to be abrupt and rude and not particularly pleasant. But my decision to change dentists came after my 9 year old daughter was left upset by her visit. I was berated by the dentist for the infrequency of her visits, which rightly or wrongly was true. But after she became MILDY distressed - as some children do (no hysterics just a little upset) he was demanding to know why she was crying and when I tried to tell her it was ok and she didn't need to worry, I was told not to "coach her". It was just not an experience I wish to repeat and therefore would not recommend this dentist to anyone.
