I am (was now!) a registered patient at Rochester Lodge. I called to make an appointment and the lady on reception was rally unhelpful and difficult. I've noticed a bad attitude from reception and other staff a few times, so I decided NOT to use them anymore and to find another (private) dentist. It's their loss as I was going to ask about dental implants which would have cost a lot of money. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere!
