After reading many reviews on this dentist, it is quite clear that receptionists find it difficult to provide courtesy calls despite claiming that they will! Shame because the dentist I visited did a superb job looking after my teeth. Struck off because someone can’t do their job and make a simple courtesy call to leave a message about an upcoming appointment made six months prior! The worst customer care I have ever experienced to be honest! The receptionists put all the blame onto you, despite whilst booking the app them advising me not to note it down in my phone.... pathetic! Make you feel stupid for missing an appointment and claim they have called.... just lies! Very disappointed
