Dear Mr Shiels, My instruction to Birchmere Mews Knowle, after they lost my Auntie’s dentures, was that they would contact and book an appointment with a Dentist, who would liaise with me and agree a suitable appointment time where I could be present. My beloved Auntie is suffering with Alzheimer’s disease and terminal cancer. She will not comply unless I am present. This has not been actioned and you have sent a bill of approx. £95.00. You have no website address, where I can contact you and I assume a “No Caller” I.D. It is imperative that my Auntie has dentures in order to chew her food and prevent her diminishing weight in her best interest. Please make contact to discuss further. Regards, POA |

Thank you to the dentist for making my first ever visit to the dentists a pleasant one. Had an extraction done and now my pain has gone away. |

I moved to coventry and have a dentist on my door step. but i will only go to these guys. i think there are 3 in there, not sure. but my dentist is the only i can comment on. I call him the Magician with the Drill. The best in the universe. The dental nurse is amazing and the receptionists are awesome too. i think i would have to move over 100miles away to change my dentist as i only need 6-monthly check ups now..... |
