I have been using Bupa dentist for a number of years what I can say about the service is staff are always polite and know you by name always greet you on arrival when discussing finances are always discreet and showing awareness of confidentiality. One if my grandchildren has medical problems and they are both treated with respect and understanding. I have always found the staff to be consistent and extremely professional. I am very happy with the service we receive from the reception staff to the dentists. We won’t be changing dentist as the service is 5 star I would recommend this dentist to any age group and they will find a big welcome from all the staff.

Good experience on the while, as always. However there were some arguably unprofessional comments made by the receptionist in relation to the NHS requesting information in the form of the the health questionnaire. When I was asked to complete it I was told it was "because the NHS has too much time on their hands". I felt it quite unprofessional and unnecessary to be derogatory about the National Health Service, and poorly judged when you consider that a lot of customers will have had potentially life saving experiences with the NHS.

I have had a real fear of the dentist since I was 15yrs old and needed sedation in order to undergo treatment. However, over the years, attitudes and treatments have evolved greatly, meaning that treatments are now far less painful. I have been to a few dentists over the years but since finding BUPA at Mill Street, I won't go anywhere else. I feel fully in control of my treatment and each and every step is explained to me. If there are options, they are offered to me with full explanations of each. I am now fully confident in attending for dental treatment regardless of what it entails ++ + + +
