it took me 4 days to book this appointment, the staff were very friendly and kind, the day before my appointment- I got an text message at 6pm saying we have cancelled your appointment and I have to rebook again. the surgery closes at 6pm and they knew this, how can you make an appointment with a customer, cancel on the day you close and say just sorry, and think this is ok??? this means the surgery has no customer care and practice, understanding and no professionalism.

I was very satisfied with the treatment and aftercare I received from this surgery.,the after care took me by suprise as I had follow up phone calls for my well-being
For several days after my surgery. I had a whole mouthful
Of teeth extracted and was very nervous , the practice manageress even sat with me after to make sure I was ok before leaving . I’m returning again very soon to have my

The receptionist at this surgery is lovely, sadly the same cannot be said for the dentist. My daughter and I had a terrible experience and my daughter has been left quite upset by it. The dentist obviously has little experience with children and is entirely lacking in empathy. If you are looking for a dentist for your child avoid at all costs!
