Lost a filling whilst on holiday managed to get me in at a convenient time and date. Receptionist very knowledgeable and very professional, highly recommended.

Jul 30 2019 I called in as needed emergency treatment! I knew I was a lapsed client but there were reasons! The website states you will be triage! I wasn't! I was told I was a lapsed patient and I could have an appointment in September at the earliest! I'm in pain so say that's no good really so she said dial 111! No signs of empathy or care shown whatsoever.

Thank you for your comments, we welcome all feedback. I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the manner in which you were spoken to by a member of the reception team. Reviews left on NHS Choices are reviewed and discussed at practice team meetings. I would like to reassure you that we endeavour to offer effective and efficient service and further staff training will be provided. I profusely apologise on behalf of the practice and I would like to reassure you that this matter will be addressed in house.- Write a Review
