I was in agony and referred by his 111. The dentist herself was lovely and helpful. But the receptionist was unhelpful. I was told I had a crack too the nerve of my wisdom and needed it out urgently but needed antibiotics come back in a week. But the receptionist stated I had my one freebie on the nhs 111 so I would need to go elsewhere I explained I didn't have a dentist up here no one was taking on nhs. Tough my customers who have been loyal for 4 years shouldn't have to wait cus of nhs 111 cases. Suggest you go private. 38 years I've paid onto the NHS for that it's outrageous. It wasn't the dentist was lovely. |

I am a nervous patient had to have a tooth extraction, The dentist was brilliant putting me at ease. I hope he stays at the practice. |
