I have always been pleased with the service I have received from BDC since becoming an NHS patient several years ago. However, in recent times the service seems to have improved even more and now I am delighted to be a patient. The dental staff, who I see, are professional, caring and knowledgeable and the admin. processes and procedures are spot on - with a friendly and welcoming reception team.
May I just ask that "my" dentist, be made a permanent member of the team asap. Thankyou.
There was just one little moment of frustration when "management" decided to meet a rep in the "my" surgery, and the meeting encroached into my appointment time - albeit by only a few minutes. Though it was a quite minor event, in the grand scheme of life, and you may edit this comment if you feel the need. |

Am a patient of the above practice, I have had a phobia regarding needles I find the dentist I have been assigned to is extremely sympathetic to my needs and problems to the point of removing all signs that show a needle, she is kind, sympathetic and caring, taking the time to try to understand my fears and a solution to cope with my terror of injections. I am always told what she is doing in advance and am confident that with my relaxation technics we will be able to achieve any treatment required with as little fear as is possible |

The lady on reception was great, really helpful and understanding. The dentist made me feel at ease and was really friendly. She was gentle and I didn't feel a thing! She gave me lots of advice. All in all a great dentist surgery x |
