My husband has no problem with his dentist. Front of house staff need training. My husband went to pay she would not except his 20.00 notes. They are still legal tender . She said her manager told her not to except them. |

New to the area , made to feel welcome , friendly receptionists , lovely helpful dentist, keep up the good work |

I wanted to register with this practice as a new NHS patient. After making two attempts to book an appointment via their online booking system, both of which failed to go through, I called the practice to be told that I had to come in to see them in order to book an appointment as a new patient. Shortly after this conversation I received an email from them to advise that I was due for a check up so should go online to book an appointment!?! I did this, and this time was successful with a confirmed appointment. However, before the appointment came round I had a text message from the practice to tell me that my appointment was at a different date and time to that which was confirmed. I called them to double check when I was due to visit, and was told that it was the appointment time and date that was confirmed via their online system. I then received a second text message telling me that my appointment was at yet another different time and date. I called the practice again, who again confirmed that my appointment was at the time and date confirmed online. However, before I could attend I received a call from them advising that because I had missed two appointments they now couldn't accept me for treatment. These were the two failed appointments that I tried to make online!! I tried to call the practice on a number of occassions to speak to the practice manager and also tried to contact them via the website, but never did receive a reply. Shoddy service and a distinct lack of communication. Have now found another practice, who answer the phone without you having to wait for at least five minutes, and have the courtesy to acknowledge you. |
