I’ve been going to this surgery for 7years and have always had a good experience. I always get a friendly welcome from the lovely reception team and they always do their best to help if I have a problem. My dentist always explains what is happening and is very gentle. Keep up the good work and I love the new look. |

I went to this practice due to needing an emergency appointment. I was told they were not taking new patients until October but if I require an emergency appointment to phone at 8:30am. I called the next morning to be told I can’t even have an emergency appointment so am left in pain. There are not dentists in my area taking new patients. The receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful. |

I recently signed up as an NHS patient at Woburn Sands Dental Practice and I've had a very positive experience overall. I had to wait a couple of months for a checkup appointment and when the day came they were running a bit late but the staff were all very apologetic about this and kept me informed (they had an emergency appointment that cause the delay). My actual appointment was great, the dentist was very friendly and communicative and it was a very comfortable experience. They did recommend I visit the hygienist so I booked that in for a few days later and had a pretty good experience at that appointment too. I would definitely recommend this dentist based on my experiences. |
