I visited the NHS 111 website as I needed emergency dental treatment and was directed to this practice as it was taking on new NHS patients (I was not registered with a practice) and provided emergency treatmen for non registered NHS patients. I phoned the practice when the phone lines opened. I was put on hold (no indication of where I was in the queue) and waited 15 minutes unsuccessfully.. I decided to visit the practice. I was told that I could not receive emergency treatment because I was not registered with the practice. I indicated that I wished to register to be told that it would take 8 weeks to process my application! Only then would I be able to receive emergency treatment! A catch 22 situation! In the words of Victor Meldrew,, "unbelievab!e" I asked the receptionist if she could please tell me which practices in Milton Keynes could provide emergency treatment for an unregistered patient. The response was a cold, unhelpful, "I don't know".

Used to be a good place but now you can not get through on the phone, I have called 5 days in a row to book an appointment for my daughter and me but after 20 minutes wait each time I give up. When you do have an appointment they care more about making money from you rather than looking after you and your needs. Reception staff are rude and ignore you to have private conversations. Just an awful place! We are now registered elsewhere.

Can't get through on the telephone for love nor money!!!. The reception staff need re-training because they are very, very rude. You can stand at the reception for ages before they even acknowledge you. This dental practice cares more about making money. Although the dentistry work is good you are often left waiting for ages. Appointments are never, ever on time so difficult if you are a nervous patient. As an NHS patient I feel like they are always trying to 'sell' you different treatments. Apart from fillings and extractions - forget it. They just won't do it unless you pay. They are disgraceful and driven by greed.
