Went to have my NHS dentures and 2 implants checked and have the incerts replaced. No manager and staff did not know what can be done on the NHS despite a letter from Guys Hosiptal confirming the implants were fitted for medical reasons. When NHS England phoned rto see why this service was been charged for they claimed the manager was on leave and they did not know anything. I spoke to assistant manager however she did not know even when I showed her the NHS website which also confirmed the works needed was available on the NHS. It would appear this practice only wants to charge people and not interested in NHS patients or there wellbeen.very poor service, just left unable to eat while waiting for the NHS complaints process to get it sorted. |

Had a temp crown fitted but forgot the return appointment to fit the perm one. When I remembered I rang to apologise and they said that I had attended and had the perm crown fitted. I think not! They just tossed the perm crown in the bin and marked it as job done. And I had 2 fillings applied at the front for my receeding gums, both the wrong colour and both fell out within a month. And when they clean ur teeth they never smooth the bur off with a buffer attachment. Which leaves then rough and primed to collect more plaque than ever. And if ur an nhs patient like me they make you think everythings a big favour. |
