I’ve been registered with them for a while and I feel they don’t really care about people here. I think it’s all about the money. In August I lost my partner to cancer. He took his last breath in front of myself and my son. 3 weeks after this I was advised to take a break from my home because I couldn’t sleep at nights I was just heartbroken. I then travelled overseas to stay with my mom for 3 weeks. With my partner dying so suddenly I totally forgot about everything else around me including my dentist appointment. I ended up missing mine and my son’s appointment in September. I rescheduled mine and my sons appointment and I was running 10 mins late to my sons appointment and they said they can’t see us and took him off their system. I explained the situation I was going through with the sudden loss of my partner and they showed no remorse whatsoever. Even while on the phone explaining my situation, at no point did the lady say”I’m sorry about your loss but we still can’t do anything”. No sorry. They just took my 4 year off the system. Today is Monday and my appointment is Tuesday at 4:15 and I called to move it as I have an urgent case at work tomorrow which only came up on the weekend. The lady is now telling me there is no appointment in the next couple of months and she will cancel my appointment and I should email manager as they won’t see me again. Now tell me do these people look like they care about anyone? I suspect it’s because I’m NHS. If I was paying they would have shown more sympathy and discretion. Avoid them if you are good human being!
