I was visiting London when a large filling in a molar tooth fell out. As the sharp edge of the tooth was cutting my tongue I looked for an emergency NHS appointment nearby. I called this surgery at 5pm and the receptionist was really helpful, making me an appointment for 0920 the next morning. I arrived to find a modern, smart reception area with helpful staff. The nurse came to fetch me and engaged me in some welcoming conversation on my way into the surgery. The dentist was also very friendly and professional, and after initial inspection explained the options and her recommended treatment, she then carried out with obvious skill, taking special care to ensure I had a clean bite on the replacement filling. The treatment far exceeded my expectations for an emergency appointment and I was delighted with the surgery in every respect - thank you to all those who assisted me. |

after arrangeing an appointment two weeks in advance for an extraction. On the afternoon of the appointment the survey cancelled. Amazingly the rearranged appointment was for the following day. Question appointment can be rearranged following day why was original appointment two weeks away. rearranged diary to attend. travelling back from London the train was cancelled person hit by a train. I tried to contact the surgery who did not pick long adverts. I caught taxi arrived 25 mins late I was left standing at reception for15/20 mins then told I could not be seen because no one would pay the staff overtime. No care just all about the money. My advice NEVER USE!!!! |

I had appointment book 2 months ahead, no reminder notification to reminds patients , because of this I missed my appointment. |
