All of my family have been patients of this practice for over 20 years and we travel some way to stay with them. We are always treated with respect and involved in treatment plans. The surgery is run efficiently and is it always a pleasure to attend! |

I have been attending this practice for 30 years and have always received excellent treatment. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Special mention for one member of staff who has been wonderful in her endeavours to maintain my smile!! I shall miss having this member of staff as my dentist when I move. |

I had stupidly been with this New Ash Green Dentist for years simply through the fact that it was local and I thought going private would provide the best treatment/service. How wrong could I have been!!!!
Due to work commitments I was unable to attend the Practice for an interim 5yrs (happy that I had no dental problems). I returned after 5yrs (having still paid every month via Denplan), I needed zero fillings, not even a dental clean. I asked the Dentist that on this basis my Denplan premium should be reduced as I was clearly not a high risk patient. I was told this was out of their hands as Denplan sets the prices. I contacted Denplan and Denplan confirmed that it is the Dentist's choice to put you in a category which then dictates your premium. In effect, the Dentist lied and was simply greedy!
I had an appointment booked recently but due to an urgent Hospital appointment I had to call a couple of days before to reschedule. The receptionist I spoke to clearly wanted to fill an 18:30 slot for the same day, to which I said I wasn't sure I would be able to attend as I didn't know how long my Hospital appointment would be or how I would feel afterwards and could it be booked for a different day? No problem they said, that 18:30 is booked for you and I'll send you and email to confirm. I reiterated I wasn't sure I'd be able to attend and they simply again said, I'll send you an email. I was unable to attend and an hour later received a very abrupt email saying I was being charged £49 for a missed appointment! I cancelled my direct debit that night, informed the receptionists the next day (who clearly couldn't be bothered), and called Denplan who said they completely understood why I wanted to cancel and would comply with my request without question.
I've previously had to wait months for an appointment there. They're always running late but strangely I'd never been offered a partial refund for this despite their eagerness to charge Patients at the drop of a hat if they're late. Service has been at best shoddy and with Denplan you'll soon find out that most things aren't actually covered.
Avoid this Dental Practice at all costs!!! |
