Mar 1 2022 Dentist was unfriendly and dismissive when I had come back after a problem flossing with a filling done a few months ago. He said I would need to pay if the filling needed replacement even though I’m sure if it did it would be his fault for a bad job. He checked it and said it was all ok then turned to his computer without saying I can go or goodbye. The dental nurse is so quiet and seems unsure to ask the dentist anything so not helpful. I then left and went home tried flossing and same problem still pulling bits of filling out! It took a month to get the appointment and was a waste of time, and I had been booked in for the wrong thing. Dentist himself is just rude and seems to want money instead of being helpful and understanding. The receptionist lady is nice just very strict rules but happy to follow.

Jun 30 2021 I am a very nervous guy that needed my last back tooth removing I’m so scared of injections but the new dentist was absolutely fantastic he put me at ease and had the tooth out within 5 minutes.

Sep 1 2018 I have to say the receptionist is friendly, helpful and a very chatty lovely lady. Such an improvement on the last receptionist. Also the lady dentist is also lovely, frieldly and so very very good at giving injections! I have to say that for the first time ever that I didnt feel a thing when she injected me. I am a nervous patient and she really puts you at your ease. All the staff have been fantastic with my Husband as well, unfortunately he does have cancer and they have treated him with theutmost respect! I have to say I feel lucky having such a fab lady dentist and being at this surgery. Keep up the fab work!
