Sep 13 2019 I can't praise my dentist enough for the calm and reassuring way she was abe to perform a very tricky root canal treatment.
Original Comment Report...The Smile Centre CanterburyBy: Gab Shannon Rating:.. Jul 30 2019 I had a dentist damage my teeth elsewhere because they carried out the wrong procedure twice. I lost 1 and a half of my teeth due to the dentist elongating my tooth (he said by mistake). This left me with sooo much anxiety with seeing and trusting a dentist. The dentist here are really caring and provide accurate information, you can tell that they actually know what they are doing and actually listen to their patients.

Feb 26 2024 Accused me of not paying from 2/3 years ago, contacted my dental insurance and nothing was amiss with the payments. They dealt with the smile centre and no proof of what the charges were could be provided. The smile centre then called me to say that I should go somewhere else in future. No apology for their lack of billing competence and blamed me for their mistake. Such a shame as always rated their services and recommended them to others. Instead I will be mentioning their rude attitude and lack of basic patient care.
