Apr 5 2016 I had received the reminder from Oasis Dental Care Ltd about outstanding balance for £45. Today I managed to go to surgery to find out what is this charge about, as I had stopped using the surgery after the terrible treatment I had received ( I was supposed to be treated for root canal instead got filling replaced) was carried out by Sundry up to 10.09.2012. The receptionist advised me that the charge was for "Broken Appointment Fee", which meant I didn't call to cancel my appointment three times( according to your computer system). However I always call to advise about canceling my appointment, unfortunately the number I used is no longer in use by me so I am not able to provide the proof I had called to cancel any appointments. Moreover I had never been advised that I have to pay a fee of £45 if I cancel my appointment. I did pay the £45 just to have a peace, as I am pregnant and being taken out from your patient list but I still am very annoyed about the whole situation
