I’m Deaf and phoned up to see if my appointment on 18th March could be brought forward as I had a cracked tooth. The woman in reception gabbled and gabbled despite being told to speak slowly clearly. Felt very demeaned as a Deaf person. Asked for the manager told I am the manager. Would not give me an appointment. Told me to wait till 18th March. Terrible attitude and Disability awareness. Phoned another dentist and spoke slowly and given an appointment. Simples. |

Having lost a filling and been due to go abroad on holiday; I contacted them in a panic not thinking for one minute, they would be able to slot me in. My lovely dentist Paul was on holiday but they managed to fit me in for an emergency appointment to have the filling replaced. I saw Anni who couldn't have been kinder and sympathetic to the whole situation. She filled my tooth and it feels fabulous now; I cannot recommend this dental surgery enough. What a fabulous team of people from reception staff to dental nurses to dentists. It really offers a first class service and I feel very fortunate to be one of their patients. |
