My experience of this surgery was top class from the open door, meeting from a receptionist and the absolutely fantastic surgeon Stan Lee and the delightful Joanna one of the surgery nurses. I was completely put at ease (as much as possible whilst imagining what was to come) and the actual treatment was relatively painless - except from the injections but this was expected. Stan was supportive throughout and told me what he was going to do and what was to happen and Joanna was beside him carrying out her work without being intrusive. If an appointment for dental treatment can be said to be an experience in the future not to dread then this is one surgery and staff who provided this for me so I thank you all. |

I was on their books and visited with parents at the same time. Myself and parents had not visited during lockdown. Unable to get hold of anyone and they won't answer phone. One Parent managed to get appointment. You now have to pay in advance. A bit hard when your claiming NHS due to epileps. When parent got appointent she asked to get for rest of family it was turned down and told we are full so you will have to join another. Which is impossible in Worthing as all full. |

Impossible to contact. I had to stand outside ringing doorbell while phoning to get them to answer phone. Stan Lee is abrupt and doesn't let you talk. Have to pay in advance. |
