I was in urgent need of treatment following a root canal extraction.i got an appointment as id been up all night and phoned as soon as lines opened. Filled in forms, the dentist came out( back to patients) said to receptionist' is this next patient, holding up a card' she said yes..he called my name, back to me, no eye contact, didnt even look at me! He walked off, i followed.i was told to sit in char and asked what was wrong. I explained id had a complicated extraction and i was in absolute agony, swelling from neck to eye...the dentist to my utter shock proceede to poke the open wound, tell me my bone was exposed and squirted it with saline...obviohsly that caused the most horrendous pain, i was shaking ( with shock i guess) and i burst into tears. He said he had to clean it, i said to the nurse...i need an injection, to which she replied..we can ask if he would be willing to do that'!!! Sorry...im the patient in complete agony...willing? Well he did give me an injection. Personally i feel it should have been offered he should not have gone straight in poking an exposed bone. Ive never known pain like it. No apology...i felt like i was an intrusion ..maybe he doesnt like working saturdays. Dreadful attitude. I would most certainally NOT reccommend.

Receptionist unfriendly, not what you want when in dire need of a Dentist. Dentist gave very painful injections and did not bother to wait long enough for it to take effect. It was clear that I was in pain but this was not a concern to the Dentist. Left with a blood soaked wad in my mouth. I will not go back, this is supposed to be a service, instead it felt like they were doing me a huge favour. Unprofessional people. Avoid if you care for yourself
