Aug 14 2018 I am currently having route canal treatment. I was relieved to find my old Dentist was doing locum work and I was able to have his services again. My Dentist is an excellent Dentist who instiles confidence in his patients . He is thorough and puts the the interest of the patient first. The receptionist was very helpful and efficient as was the nurse in attendance. I became a patient of Wick Dental Surgery in 1969

Mar 8 2023 Phoned earlier today to request a course of antibiotics as I am waiting for a referral to a surgical dentist to have a tooth removed.was told by my dentist that if I had any problems to call them .just to be told my dentist is not available until the end of the month.and another dentist can't prescribe them .which to me is ridiculous as they only have to check my records.was told I would have to contact the emergency dentist which means wasting a trip to them to be told the tooth is infected and they won't touch it as it's got to be done surgically.appalling customer care now at Bupa the dentists are hardly ever working .if you can't offer a appointment then it's a waste of time opening your doors
