My mother has dementia and is in a care home. They lost her teeth so this practice were asked buy the home to fit new dentures. After waiting months we had to move my mother to a new home and the dental practice was informed. They suggested they would send her dentures by post. These did not arrive and after phone calls and visits to the post office we were advised that they had been lost. We were told a claim had to be made by the dentist who was the sender, we could not claim ourselves. After frequent calls to this practice they have been extremely unhelpful and told me they sent them, more or less not their problem. All they had to do was fill in a claims form.my mother still has no teeth, and we won't be able to get another set made on the nhs as we have no proof. I would strongly advise to avoid these people. A complaint has been made through the NHS who hopefully will resolve this issue. Off course we have paid, so they don't seem to care. Absolutely disgusting way to treat people |

My dad waited three months for his new dentures to be fitted. It was expensive. When they were fitted they did not fit. Every time he opens his mouth, they fall down. How can that have not been noticed when the dentist was there? No accountability, feels like he's treated badly as he's an elderly person with dementia. Do NOT use these people. It's not easy but definitely need to take the time to take your elderly relative to the dentist. |

We are a residential care home run by a charity. The dental staff are friendly, kind, empathetic of our residents and are so patient and calm. We really appreciate their warm approach. |
