This Dental clinic for me it has to be closed by the authority. And to be checked by the NHS a lot of fraud claiming on the back of the patient thousand s of pound from the government. I never see a clinic Dr doesn't speak with a patient on a phone when he has a problem I had bad experience with this clinic which is their saying all the lie so I don't work recommend any one to use this clinic. They never tell you anything on advance what is his good for you what is it's not good for you . After when you had a problem they always fund away to tell you this is the policy we can do nothing but on the first place they don't tell you any of the policy which is they created after when a problem occurred

I booked hygiene clean for my next 15 year old daughter and paid £30 deposit she took ill the day of the appointment at school I had to cancel the appointment and take her to A&E, I went the dentist to reschedule the appointment and i was told to pay another deposit because I have lost the first one, I ask why and I was told they required 48hrs for cancellation notice as policy required so now someone have to know that they are going to be ill in 48hrs to cancel appointment what kind of policy is that. Now i have been ripped off I will not be using their services any longer they are thieves
